What happens to my data after my consent stops?

After your consent stops, either because it expires or you withdraw the consent:

  • NextGen and Frollo will permanently delete this data, unless we are legally obliged to retain it.

  • You will no longer be able to access your Financial Passport documents related to this Consent. Find out more information on how we handle CDR data in our Consumer Data Right Policy
