If you are dissatisfied or have a complaint about how your CDR data is being handled please raise a complaint.

If you think we have mishandled your Consumer Data Right (CDR) data or breached your privacy, you should raise a complaint to us for investigation, before you lodge your complaint with the OAIC or a recognised external dispute resolution scheme.
